		<description>With the REAL ID Act, and the previous enactment of the US Government of putting chips in our passports, we can refuse to use any identification documents that threaten our individual security and civil liberties. It is a huge sacrifice for an individual - you will have trouble travelling by airplne because of non-compliant documentation, and you may face fines and jail time for driving with an expired license - but if real change occurs as a result, the reward will be amazing: you will be freer!</description>
